  • No smoking allowed inside the home, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor deck. A $500 fine applies for smoking inside the house.
  • Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am. The property uses Minut smart home technology to monitor noise levels. Minut is privacy compliant and required on the property.
  • No fireworks permitted.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Pets are considered; $150 pet fee applies per dog.
  • Rental agreement must be electronically signed and returned after booking.
  • Bunk beds are accessed via ladder. Use of the ladder is at renter's risk; renters agree to hold owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.
